About FBSEC
The 3rd Family Business Sustainability & Entrepreneurship Conference (FBSEC) 2026 is a two-day flagship conference that brings together family business owners, next-generation leaders, policymakers, academics, and ecosystem enablers to explore how family enterprises can transition from legacy to longevity. Anchored on the theme “From Legacy to Longevity: Sustaining Family Businesses Across Generations,” FBSEC 2026 focuses on leadership, governance, sustainability, and intergenerational continuity, with a strong emphasis on the role of women as stewards of enduring family
enterprises.

FBSEC Objective
For FBSEC 2026, the conference will be organised as a two-day convening, targeting 250 to 300 delegates, including regional and international participants. The conference is supported by the Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB), Institut Keusahawanan Negara (INSKEN), ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Network (AWEN), leading universities, financial institutions, and sustainability-focused organisations.
The theme of FBSEC 2026 is: “From Legacy to Longevity: Sustaining Family Businesses Across Generations.”
